You want to get lean and your goal is to burn ten pounds of fat. What is the best way to workout for this goal? Science has demonstrated that alternating periods of high intensity and low intensity training, known as interval training, can produce faster calorie during than traditional method of training. A good tip that I give people when I’m doing diet coaching on how to build arms is to focus on high intensity training and focused nutrition. The mistake that most people make is that they try to burn too much fat too fast and doing this can slow down your metabolism The problem with a slow metabolism is that it makes it harder for you to lose weight while also increasing your hunger signals that cause you to eat more

Let’s face it, people like to eat but to burn fat it’s important that we are in a net caloric loss. Is there a way for us to eat a lot of food yet still burn fat? A common issue people have when they want to know how to build muscle fast is making sure they eat enough. If you want a set of six pack abs you need to eat enough food to recover from your workouts while not gaining weight. The idea is called calorie flux and it means how your body eat plenty of food only after your workout session. Your body has an easier time storing fat in the moments following your mma conditioning program session. When clients to come to me using a bodybuilding diet,I often teach people how to lose fat through training and I encourage them to consume a lot of protein and carbohydrates after their workout. Athletes think that the majority of calories all have the same actions in the body which is incorrect each food group acts differently and gives the body different minerals.
