How Article Spinning Software Destroys Online Reputations

Article Spinning has been adopted by many SEO’s and Internet Marketers providers as a tactic to improve their article marketing and syndication efforts. Yet companies who outsource this task to Search Engine Optimization  companies who specialize in such work often fail to consider the damage this can ultimately do to their business and the true cost in trying to put things right.

Reputation and trust are everything online. If you want people to believe what you say and buy your products you cannot allow seeds of doubt to unnecessarily cloud important issues. Remember competition is only a click away and if potential customers have any doubt about your company and the services you provide they are going to check out what your competitors are offering.

One certain way to lose credibility and tarnish your reputation is to publish the type of incoherent garbage typical of the content produced by article spinning software. By the end of the first paragraph your readers and potential customers will be left wondering what kind of company would distribute incoherent nonsense in an attempt to market themselves.

It is unlikely that anyone will continue reading through to the call to action and click through to your site. It’s also highly likely that search engines will pick up the most of your spun copies as duplicate content so there is very little benefit to be had if you are using article spinning as a link building tactic. There is also the danger that rankings that have been built using spun articles evaporate as search engines discover spun articles and drop them from their index.

Rather than waste time polluting the web with low grade content that is unlikely to benefit your search engine rankings long term or convince potential customers that your company is the best option concentrate on producing top quality articles that customers will find useful. Forget quantity, forget article spinning, and concentrate on quality.
