These measures have been known to help rather well for a lot of Americans because they now have something else to occupy their minds and time with. It can help you too. A lot of folks smoke when they are worried. If you are one of them, you could look for other outlets for your frustrations instead so that you don’t turn to the cigarette. You might be surprised to find that you feel the urge less and less when there’s something else to occupy your mind when you are worried. More so, just being worried is counterproductive. Try as much as you can to avoid being worried all the time.
